Wet Pizza
This dish really has nothing to do with pizza—but is still a great party appetizer. My mom used to make this as an appetizer for parties and get togethers, way back in the 70s. It is just as good today as it was back then!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 can small shrimp, drained
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 4 to 6 green onions tops, sliced
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make
Spread cream cheese on a large tray. Spread chili sauce on top. Sprinkle shrimp on top, then black olives and onions. Finally, sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the top of everything.
Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve with Ritz or Town House crackers.
Prep time: 10 min. Cook time: 2 hours chill. Serves 12.
