My mom used to make this as an appetizer for parties and get togethers, way back in the 70s. It is just as good today as it was back then!

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 can small shrimp, drained
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 4 to 6 green onions tops, sliced
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Spread cream cheese on a large tray. Spread chili sauce on top. Sprinkle shrimp on top, then black olives and onions. Finally, sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the top of everything.

Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve with Ritz or Town House crackers.

Prep time: 10 min.
Cook time: 2 hours chill.
Serves 12.
