I don’t care for Brussels sprouts, but these are so good even I like them. Simple, clean and delicious. We know you will love them, too.

  • 1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400F.

Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Soak the sprouts in a large bowl with water for 30 min.

Drain the bowl and mix the sprouts with the remaining ingredients. Pour the sprouts onto a lined sheet pan and roast at 400F for 35-40 min., until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

Sprinkle with more Kosher salt and serve immediately.

Prep time: 10 min.
Cook time: 40 min.
Serves: 6.
