Marc Tabyanan, here. I am a new reader, first time writer on Substack. I’ve been writing on my own Wordpress blogs since 2015, but have decided to move to Substack (plus Medium and Ghost) to write in the future.
The TabyanInn is a tongue in cheek reference to the historic home that my wife Traci and I own in Oklahoma City, OK. Family and friends always joked that staying with us was like visiting a bed and breakfast, so we took the opportunity to start a website with our favorite family recipes, as well as our own. That site grew to include our thoughts about local restaurants and the food scene in OKC.
This Substack will include our recipes, plus our views about food and cooking. I will be writing once a month, usually putting something out here on the first Sunday of each month—or whenever I feel like I have something to say. You can expect to read our favorite recipes, about our travel adventures, and mostly about food!
