Hash Brown Casserole
Traci loves this casserole, and so do all of our guests. We have to make this at every holiday get-together.
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- ¾ cups of butter, melted and divided
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 10 ¾ oz. can of cream of celery soup
- 1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
How To Make:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, ½ cup melted butter and all remaining ingredients, except corn flakes. Spread into baking dish.
Mix ¼ cup of melted butter with crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350F, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serve hot. Prep Time: 15 min. Cook Time: 1 hour. Serves: 8.
