Garlic Cheese Grits
My sister first made these garlic cheese grits for us, and we have loved them ever since. We make them for our guests, and they always ask for the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups grits, cooked
- ½ lb. butter
- 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 4 dashes Tabasco
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To Make:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook grits according to package directions.
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients, in order. Pour into baking dish.
Bake for 30 min.
Prep time: 10 min. Cook time: 45 min. Serves: 8.
