Deviled Chicken

This is an appetizer that I stole from my sister. Traci loves it, and I suspect was one of the reasons she married me.

Ingredients:

How To Make:

Heat oven to 400F. In a large bowl, stir together the chicken, mayo, 3 tablespoons butter, mustard and red pepper. Spread into a 10” quiche pan.

In a small bowl, stir together bread crumbs, parsley and 2 tablespoons butter. Spread on top of chicken mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Spread on French bread.

Prep time: 20 min. Cook time: 25 min. Serves: 6.
