Chicago O’Hare International (ORD), Terminal B
Nice restrooms, but starting to age. Recommend, but they need some improvement.
Rating: 4 out of 5 stars.
Date: 5/26/2023.
Flight: UA 5555.
Location: Chicago, IL, USA.
Terminal: The terminal was pretty crowded, and it is not as spacious as other airports. There were still many shops and places to eat.
We encountered this restroom on our Italy vacation. We were leaving Munich and headed to Chicago.
The restroom was in the United Club. We had been delayed one night in Chicago–thank you, Customs! Anyway, we returned the next day to get a flight back to OKC. The restrooms were fairly clean and had older fixtures, but there was a cleaner in the restroom working on it. The capacity was good, but there was a bit of a smell in the lounge bathroom.
The United Business Class lounge was not as good as the Polaris Club at ORD. It was still nice, and a better way to pass the time than on the normal concourse.
Summary: Nice restrooms, but starting to age. Recommend, but they need some improvement.
