My mom would always make this for holiday meals and family get-togethers. I loved it. Classic home cooking.

  • 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups white rice, cooked
  • 1 medium (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • Shredded chicken, canned or cooked

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook rice in rice cooker or per directions on the package. Cook broccoli per directions on the package as well.

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 min. Serve immediately.

Prep time: 10 min.
Cook time: 1 hour.
Serves: 12.
